At Sankalp Security And Manpower Services Private Limited (SSMSPL), we value your time and business. We understand that schedules and requirements can change, and we strive to provide a fair and flexible cancellation policy for our clients.

Service Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us in writing at info@ssmspl.com or call our customer support at [Insert Contact Number] at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled service date.

For Contract-Based Services:

Cancellations must follow the notice period defined in the service agreement.

Early termination without proper notice may result in cancellation fees.

For One-Time Services:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time will not incur any cancellation charges.

Service Cancellation by SSMSPL

SSMSPL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

Unforeseen operational challenges

Staff unavailability

Natural disasters or government restrictions

Non-payment or breach of contract terms by the client

In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and offer rescheduling or appropriate alternatives.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Any prepaid amount for services canceled within the allowed notice period will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy. If a cancellation fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount.

Modifications

Clients may request changes to scheduled services (date, time, scope) by contacting us directly. Modifications are subject to availability and confirmation by SSMSPL.

No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at the service location and is unable to deliver services due to client-side issues or lack of access, it may be treated as a "no-show" and may be subject to full service charges.
