The client cancels the service within the agreed-upon notice period (as per the service agreement or contract terms).

Once the manpower or security personnel have been deployed and services have commenced.
If delays or interruptions in service were caused by client-side issues or third-party interventions.
For cancellations without proper notice as per contract terms.
For partial use of services or early termination by the client without valid reason.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
Any transaction charges or processing fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
